1. About these terms. These terms govern your use of clarogreens.com and your purchases from Claro Greens, 700 Magnolia Ct, Oswego, IL 60543. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to purchase.

3. Orders and pricing. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel an order for pricing errors or stock problems and will refund you in full. We ship to the continental United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

4. Subscriptions and refunds. Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Subscription and Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. There is no minimum commitment.

5. Health information. Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you’re pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
