Claro Greens — Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you can start your daily routine without waiting.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days via USPS or UPS after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates

Subscriptions: Free shipping on all subscription orders.
One-time purchases: $7.99 flat rate shipping.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to all addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through USPS or UPS using that number. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at clarogreens@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us at clarogreens@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
