We designed our subscription to be completely transparent and easy to manage — just like our ingredients.
How the Subscription Works
When you subscribe to Claro Greens at $55/month your order is processed immediately and ships within 1-3 business days. Your subscription then renews automatically every 30 days from your original purchase date at $55/month with free shipping. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.
Minimum Commitment
We ask for a minimum 60-day commitment — two billing cycles — so that the formula has adequate time to work. Greens powders and probiotics produce cumulative benefits that build over consistent daily use. Most customers notice a meaningful difference within 30-60 days. After your 60-day minimum you may cancel at any time with no fees and no questions asked.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription log in to your account at clarogreens.com, navigate to your subscription, and click Cancel. Your cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for future billing cycles. If you have difficulty cancelling through your account email us at clarogreens@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to pause your subscription rather than cancel, email us at clarogreens@gmail.com and we can pause your subscription for up to 60 days.
Skipping a Month
To skip a shipment email us at clarogreens@gmail.com at least 3 days before your next billing date and we will skip that cycle at no charge.
Refunds on Subscription Charges
If you are charged for a renewal and wish to cancel and receive a refund for that charge, contact us within 30 days of the billing date and we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription immediately.
Changing Your Subscription
To change your subscription quantity, flavor, or shipping address email us at clarogreens@gmail.com and we will make the update before your next billing cycle.
